The invention discloses an online spraying quality control system and method for an unmanned aerial vehicle for spraying, and the system comprises the unmanned aerial vehicle and a follow-up trolley for conveying paint for a spraying gun of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The main control module, the collecting module, the spray gun angle adjusting module, the spray gun position adjusting module and the unmanned aerial vehicle speed adjusting module are installed on the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the spraying pump adjusting module is installed on the follow-up trolley. The collecting module, the spray gun angle adjusting module, the spray gun position adjusting module, the unmanned aerial vehicle speed adjusting module and the spray pump adjusting module are in signal connection with the main control module, the spray gun angle adjusting module is arranged on a spray gun, and a first spray rod on the spray gun angle adjusting module is connected with the spray gun position adjusting module. The spray gun position adjusting module is installed on an undercarriage of the unmanned aerial vehicle and connected with the follow-up trolley through the spray pump adjusting module. According to the method, the influence of factors such as the spraying angle, the spraying position, the unmanned aerial vehicle speed and the spraying pressure on the spraying quality is considered, and the established control model is more effective and accurate.

    本发明公开了一种喷涂用无人机喷涂质量在线控制系统及控制方法,系统包括无人机以及为无人机喷枪输送涂料的随动小车,还包括安装于无人机上的主控模块、采集模块、喷枪角度调节模块、喷枪位置调节模块、无人机速度调节模块以及安装于随动小车上的喷涂泵调节模块,采集模块、喷枪角度调节模块、喷枪位置调节模块、无人机速度调节模块、喷涂泵调节模块分别与主控模块信号连接,喷枪上设有喷枪角度调节模块,其上的喷杆一与喷枪位置调节模块连接,喷枪位置调节模块安装于无人机起落架上并通过喷涂泵调节模块与随动小车连接。本发明考虑了喷涂角度、位置、无人机速度、喷涂压强等因素对喷涂质量的影响,建立的控制模型更加有效准确。
