Through locking of the bolts, the locking base and the positioning base on the reinforcing mechanism can be automatically buckled and fixed, meanwhile, the front end of the supporting base and the vertical square pipe are buckled and fixed, finally, the vertical square pipe, the reinforcing mechanism and the supporting base are firmly connected into a whole, in this way, operation is easy and fast, the supporting performance of the supporting base after installation and fixing is enhanced, and the service life of the supporting base is prolonged. After the hinged rotating shaft on the side edge of the door body is inserted into the shaft sleeve on the supporting seat, the door body can be stably supported.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆用端门立柱及其加工方法,竖直方管的内部固定有用于增加其结构强度的加强机构,竖直方管内侧边设有若干组开槽,支撑座用于活动连接门体侧边的铰接转轴,螺栓锁紧,使得锁紧座后端与定位座卡紧固定,同时支撑座前端的卡爪机构与竖直方管内侧壁卡紧固定,实现竖直方管、加强机构和支撑座牢固连接为一体。本发明通过螺栓的锁紧,可实现锁紧座与加强机构上的定位座进行自动卡扣固定,同时使得支撑座前端与竖直方管卡扣固定,最终实现竖直方管、加强机构和支撑座牢固连接为一体,这样操作简单,快捷,增强了支撑座安装固定后的支撑性,在门体侧边的铰接转轴插入至支撑座上的轴套筒后,可以对门体形成稳定的支撑。
