The invention discloses an air rail transport vehicle, an air rail transport system and an on-line cargo loading and unloading method. The air rail transport vehicle comprises a bogie assembly; the frame assembly is used for being connected with a container; the suspension assembly is connected between the bogie assembly and the frame assembly; and the at least two stable supporting legs are oppositely arranged on the bogie assembly or the frame assembly, and the stable supporting legs can stretch out and draw back relative to the frame assembly so that the stable supporting legs can be connected between the bogie assembly and the frame assembly in an abutting mode. According to the aerial rail transport vehicle, the stable supporting legs are arranged between the bogie assemblies and the frame assembly, so that online cargo loading and unloading can be carried out under the condition that containers are not changed, the stable supporting legs stretch out to abut between the bogies and the frame assembly in the cargo loading and unloading process, the posture stability of the frame assembly and the containers is improved, and the cargo loading and unloading efficiency is improved. On-line cargo loading and unloading of the aerial rail transport vehicle are achieved, the tedious process such as the bulk cargo loading and unloading process is simplified, and the cargo loading and unloading efficiency is improved.
