The invention discloses an automobile state prediction method, an energy management method and an energy management system in an automobile following environment. According to the method, a Koopman operator theory and a model prediction control algorithm are combined, the state of a vehicle is accurately predicted through a data-driven Koopman linear predictor on an upper layer, and the load demand power predicted by the upper layer is used for energy management of a lower-layer hybrid energy storage system. According to the method, the Koopman model corresponding to each type of car following environment is constructed according to the real state data collected in different car following environments, so that the state prediction precision of the car following vehicle in the complex multi-type car following environment is effectively improved; besides, the load demand power predicted by the upper layer is fed back to the lower layer, energy distribution control is guided, energy consumption is reduced while car following safety is guaranteed, and rationality of energy distribution of the lower layer is further guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种跟车环境下汽车状态预测方法、能量管理方法及系统。该方法结合了Koopman算子理论和模型预测控制算法,在上层通过数据驱动的Koopman线性预测器准确预测车辆的状态,并将上层预测的负载需求功率用于下层混合储能系统的能量管理。其中,本发明根据不同跟车环境下采集的真实状态数据分别构建每一类跟车环境对应的Koopman模型,有效提高在复杂多类跟车环境下跟车车辆的状态预测精度;此外,将上层预测的负载需求功率反馈至下层,指导能量分配控制,保证跟车安全的同时降低了能量的消耗,进一步保证了下层能量分配的合理性。
