The invention discloses an ammonia fuel engine system and a control method thereof.An ammonia fuel supply unit in the ammonia fuel engine system comprises a liquid ammonia supply inlet and a gasifier, and the gasifier communicates with the liquid ammonia supply inlet and an engine and is used for gasifying liquid ammonia and then feeding the liquid ammonia into the engine; the air conditioner refrigeration unit comprises a heat exchanger, and the first valve is arranged in a pipeline between the liquid ammonia supply inlet and the heat exchanger and electrically connected with the controller; the controller is used for controlling the first valve to be opened when the air conditioner refrigeration unit works, so that the liquid ammonia absorbs heat generated in the working process of the heat exchanger, is gasified and then is transmitted to the engine. By the adoption of the technical means, when the air conditioner refrigeration unit works, the first valve is opened to enable liquid ammonia to absorb heat generated in the working process of the heat exchanger, gasify the heat and then transmit the heat to the engine, heat interaction between the fuel supply unit and the air conditioner refrigeration unit can be achieved, and then high efficiency and energy saving of an ammonia fuel engine system are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种氨燃料发动机系统及其控制方法,该氨燃料发动机系统中的氨燃料供给单元包括液态氨供给入口和气化器,气化器分别与液态氨供给入口和发动机连通,用于将液态氨气化后送入发动机;空调制冷单元包括换热器,第一阀门设置于液态氨供给入口与换热器之间的管路中,且第一阀门与控制器电连接;控制器用于在空调制冷单元工作时,控制第一阀门打开,以使液态氨吸收换热器工作过程中产生的热量进行气化后传输至发动机。采用上述技术手段,在空调制冷单元工作时,第一阀门打开使液态氨吸收换热器工作过程中产生的热量进行气化后传输至发动机,能够实现燃料供给单元与空调制冷单元之间的热量交互,进而保证氨燃料发动机系统的高效节能。
