The invention discloses a low-voltage power supply method for a new energy automobile, and the main design concept of the method is that a low-voltage electric appliance is divided into a first electric load and a second electric load, the first electric load is connected with a DCDC in parallel, and the second electric load is connected with a storage battery in parallel, so that the second electric load is provided with two power supplies; the power demand is determined in real time according to the starting condition of the low-voltage electric appliance, and the working power combination of the DCDC is actively controlled based on the power demand and the state of the storage battery, so that the DCDC is kept in a high-efficiency working condition state. The reasonable low-voltage power supply mode provided by the invention can be suitable for new energy passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles configured with DCDC, the loss of the DCDC can be effectively reduced and the endurance performance of the whole vehicle can be improved only by simply changing the vehicle power supply wire harness and the electrical elements, so that the defects of the existing DCDC working power control strategy are effectively made up, and the power supply efficiency is improved. And a control mechanism for efficient work of the DCDC is established.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车低压供电方法,本发明的主要设计构思在于,将低压用电器划分为第一用电负载及第二用电负载,将第一用电负载与DCDC并联,将第二用电负载与蓄电池并联,使第二用电负载具有两路供电源,实时根据低压用电器的开启情况,确定功率需求,并基于功率需求及蓄电池状态,主动控制DCDC的工作功率组合,使DCDC保持高效率的工况状态。本发明提供的合理低压供电模式可适用于配置DCDC的新能源乘用车和商用车,仅需要对车辆供电线束和电气元件进行简单的改动,便能够有效降低DCDC的损耗,提升整车续航性能,从而有效弥补了现有DCDC工作功率控制策略的不足,建立起DCDC高效工作的控制机制。
