Processing the test sample A to a 50% wear state to obtain a test sample B, cyclically performing a second group of friction and wear tests on the test sample B according to the test sequence, after the second group of friction and wear tests are completed, processing the test sample B to a 75% wear state to obtain a test sample C, cyclically performing a third group of friction and wear tests on the test sample C according to the test sequence, calculating according to the three groups of friction and wear test data to obtain full-state wear life, and multiplying the full-state wear life by an external field coefficient to obtain the wear life of the aviation brake disc. The research and development efficiency of aviation brake disc products can be greatly improved, the research and development period is shortened, and the research and development cost is reduced.
