The quad-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a main body flight controller, a laser radar, a D-RTK antenna, a front depth camera, rotors, brushless motors, rotor connecting rods and undercarriages, the D-RTK antenna and the laser radar are fixedly installed at the top of the main body flight controller, and the front depth camera extends outwards and is fixed to the front portion of the main body flight controller; the laser decontamination module comprises a narrow-pulse-width laser generator, a light guide transmission device and a laser output head, the narrow-pulse-width laser generator is suspended and fixed below the main body flight controller, and the laser output head is connected with the narrow-pulse-width laser generator through the light guide transmission device. The high-altitude window cleaning robot can replace cleaners to conduct high-altitude cleaning operation, and compared with a traditional window cleaning robot, the high-altitude window cleaning robot has the advantages of being high in cleaning efficiency, low in energy consumption, free of pollution, wide in applicability and the like.
