The invention discloses an integrated die-casting all-aluminum commercial vehicle body framework which comprises six framework assemblies including two vehicle side wall framework assemblies, a vehicle top cover framework assembly, a vehicle floor framework assembly, a vehicle front wall framework assembly and a vehicle rear wall framework assembly. The adjacent framework assemblies are connected through bolts and/or riveted; and each framework assembly is integrally formed by die-casting a heat-treatment-free aluminum alloy material, and the die-casting is high-pressure die-casting. The commercial vehicle body framework is divided into the six framework assemblies, the six framework assemblies are subjected to high-pressure integrated forming die casting and are connected into the integrated structure through physical connection, and compared with a traditional framework formed by welding about 2000 stamping parts in the prior art, the number of the parts is reduced, and stamping and welding processes do not need to be conducted; welding spots are reduced, and the overall safety of the commercial vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种一体压铸全铝商用车车身骨架,包括:车身骨架包括6个骨架总成,包括:两个车侧围骨架总成、车顶盖骨架总成、车地板骨架总成、车前围骨架总成和车后围围骨架总成;相邻骨架总成之间螺栓连接和/或铆接;每个骨架总成均由免热处理铝合金材料一体式压铸成型,压铸为高压压铸。本发明将商用车车身骨架分为6个骨架总成进行高压一体成型压铸,并通过物理连接连接为一体结构,相对于现有技术中将2000左右个冲压零部件焊接形成的传统骨架,减少了零部件的数量,无需进行冲压、焊接工艺;减少了焊点,提高商用车整体安全性。
