The vehicle battery comprises a fuel battery and an energy storage battery, and the energy storage battery is used for storing electric energy generated by the fuel battery and providing energy for a vehicle. When the vehicle is in a running state, if the destination environment temperature of the vehicle is lower than an environment temperature threshold value and the planned parking duration is smaller than a duration threshold value, the power supply proportion of an energy storage battery and a fuel battery to the vehicle is adjusted, and the electric quantity of the energy storage battery reaches a preset electric quantity value; starting or stopping the operation of the fuel cell according to the temperatures of the fuel cell and the energy storage cell; the energy storage battery is charged by the electric energy generated by the operation of the fuel cell, and the fuel cell and the energy storage battery are heated and insulated by the heat generated by the operation of the fuel cell, so that the normal energy output capability of the fuel cell and the energy storage battery is maintained, and the fuel cell and the energy storage battery can meet the energy required by the vehicle when the vehicle is started in a low-temperature environment.
