The embodiment of the invention provides an anti-vibration impact device for a galvanic pile, the galvanic pile and a vehicle. The device comprises an electromagnetic bearing sleeve ring fixed on an electric pile blind end plate; a connecting member; the bearing sleeve rod is fixed on the electric pile shell; wherein one side of the connecting part is in suspension connection with the electromagnetic bearing lantern ring under the action of a magnetic field of the electromagnetic bearing lantern ring, and the other side of the connecting part is movably connected with the bearing sleeve rod; the information acquisition assembly is used for acquiring current driving condition information of the vehicle; and the electronic control unit is used for controlling the magnitude and/or direction of the current of the electromagnetic bearing lantern ring based on the driving working condition information so as to change the distribution of the magnetic field provided by the electromagnetic bearing lantern ring, so that the moving speed and/or direction of the connecting part are/is adjusted, and the vibration impact force borne by the electric pile is further balanced. The device can reduce the damage of vibration impact to the galvanic pile, improve the stability of the galvanic pile and prolong the service life of the galvanic pile.

    本申请实施例提供一种用于电堆的抗振动冲击装置、电堆及车辆。该装置包括:固定于电堆盲端端板的电磁轴承套环;连接部件;固定于电堆壳体的轴承套杆;其中,所述连接部件的一侧在所述电磁轴承套环的磁场作用下,与所述电磁轴承套环悬浮连接,所述连接部件的另一侧与所述轴承套杆活动连接;信息采集组件,用于采集车辆当前的行驶工况信息;电子控制单元,用于基于所述行驶工况信息控制所述电磁轴承套环的电流的大小和/或方向,以改变所述电磁轴承套环提供的磁场分布,从而调整所述连接部件的移动速度和/或方向,进而平衡电堆所受的振动冲击力。该装置能够降低振动冲击对电堆的损伤,提升电堆的稳定性,延长电堆寿命。
