The invention discloses an optimal aggregation interval determination method and system for urban intermittent traffic flow prediction, which are used for selecting an optimal aggregation interval during urban intermittent traffic flow prediction. The invention provides an urban discontinuous traffic flow optimal collection time interval determination method aiming at statistical fluctuation possibly caused by collecting flow data into fixed aggregation interval time sequences such as 5 minutes and 10 minutes in a traditional traffic flow prediction model, so as to improve the accuracy of urban discontinuous traffic flow prediction. In order to realize the target, the method provided by the invention comprises the following steps of: preprocessing traffic flow original data and preliminarily aggregating the original data; an optimal aggregation interval alternative value calculation method based on Fourier transform; the invention discloses an accurate calculation method for an optimal aggregation interval based on autocorrelation analysis. The method can effectively improve the prediction precision of the urban discontinuous traffic flow prediction model, and provides decision support for traffic management and control scheme optimization.

    本发明公开了一种面向城市间断交通流预测的最优聚合间隔确定方法和系统,用于城市间断交通流预测时的最优聚合间隔的选取。本发明针对传统交通流预测模型中将流量数据汇集成5 min、10 min等固定的聚合间隔时间序列可能导致的统计波动,提出城市间断交通流最优汇集时间间隔确定方法,以提升城市间断交通流预测的精度。为实现上述目标,本发明提出的方法包括:交通流量原始数据预处理,以及原始数据的初步聚合;基于傅里叶变换的最优聚合间隔备选值计算方法;基于自相关分析的最优聚合间隔的精确计算方法。本发明能有效提升城市间断交通流预测模型的预测精度,为交通管理与控制的方案优化提供决策支持。
