The invention provides a fire alarm remote monitoring method and system, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a two-dimensional scene model of an jurisdiction, carrying out the division, obtaining a plurality of scene grid units, and obtaining the longitude and latitude coordinates and fire temperature values of the scene grid units; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring an overlook infrared image of a jurisdiction through an unmanned aerial vehicle, and determining a scene grid unit of each pixel point of the infrared image and an actual temperature value of each scene grid unit; comparing the actual temperature value with the firing temperature value, and judging whether a fire scene exists in the jurisdiction or not; if the fire scene exists in the jurisdiction, obtaining the overall fire situation of the fire scene and the overall state information of the fire fighting trucks, and confirming the mobile fire fighting trucks and the standby fire fighting trucks; the fire scene is divided into a plurality of fire extinguishing jurisdiction areas, and action fire fighting trucks are assigned for all the fire extinguishing jurisdiction areas; and generating first navigation information, and sending the first navigation information to the mobile fire fighting truck. According to the invention, early fire monitoring can be realized, all fire fighting trucks are coordinated to extinguish fire, and fire prevention and control of grassland are facilitated.

    本发明提供了一种消防报警远程监控方法及系统,该方法包括:构建辖境的二维场景模型并划分,得到多个场景栅格单元,获取场景栅格单元的经纬坐标以及起火温度值;通过无人机获取辖境的俯视红外影像,确定红外影像的各个像素点的场景栅格单元,以及各个场景栅格单元的实际温度值;比较实际温度值和起火温度值,判定辖境有无火场;若辖境存在有火场,则获取火场的整体火灾情况,以及消防车的整车状态信息,确认行动消防车和待命消防车;将火场划分为若干个灭火辖域,分别为各个灭火辖域指定行动消防车;生成第一导航信息,将第一导航信息发送至行动消防车。本发明能够实现火情的及早监测,并协调各台消防车进行灭火,有利于草原的火灾防控。
