The semi-reflecting and semi-transmitting automobile inside rear-view mirror lens comprises a glass substrate, at least one anti-reflection layer and at least one reflection increasing layer which are formed on the opposite faces of the glass substrate respectively, and a third medium-refractive-index layer and a third high-refractive-index layer which are sequentially formed on the surface of the reflection increasing layer in a stacked mode. Wherein the reflection increasing layer comprises a middle refractive index layer, a high refractive index layer and a low refractive index layer which are sequentially laminated; the refractive indexes of the middle refractive index layer and the third middle refractive index layer are 1.60 to 2.30; the refractive indexes of the high refractive index layer and the third high refractive index layer are 2.30 to 2.72; and the refractive index of the low refractive index layer is 1.46 to 1.80. Images displayed/reflected by the semi-reflecting and semi-transmitting automobile inside rear-view mirror lens provided by the invention are free of ghosting and chromatic aberration.
