The invention discloses a liquid cooling power needle structure for a charging gun, which comprises a power needle assembly and a cable, and is characterized in that the power needle assembly comprises a power needle outer sleeve and a power needle inner needle; a double-helix channel is arranged between the power needle inner needle and the power needle outer sleeve, the double-helix channel comprises a water inlet channel and a water return channel which are communicated, and the water inlet channel is connected with a water inlet connector; the power needle outer sleeve is connected with the cable in a pressing mode, a spiral water outlet channel is arranged in an outer insulation sleeve of the cable, and the water return channel is communicated with the spiral water outlet channel. According to the invention, cooling liquid can flow through the crimping position of the cable and the power pin jacket and the interior of the power pin assembly, so that heat generated between a charging gun and a vehicle socket and heat generated by the cable can be effectively taken away; the cut-off area of a charging gun contact pair can be increased, and the current-carrying capacity is improved.

    本发明公开了一种充电枪用液冷功率针结构,包括功率针组件和电缆,功率针组件包括功率针外套和功率针内针;所述功率针内针与功率针外套之间设有双螺旋通道,双螺旋通道包括相连通的进水通道和回水通道,进水通道连接进水接头;所述功率针外套与电缆压接相连,电缆的外绝缘套内部设有螺旋出水通道,所述回水通道与螺旋出水通道相连通。本发明可以使冷却液流经到电缆与功率针外套的压接位置以及功率针组件内部,能够有效带走充电枪与车辆插座之间产生的热量和电缆产生的热量;能够加大充电枪接触对的截流面积,提高载流能力。
