The invention provides an obstacle identification method for an unmanned mine car, and the method comprises the steps: capturing the historical collision information of the unmanned mine car from a big data platform, and determining the accident occurrence probability and the accident severity of different collision positions in the same collision type; a mine car framework of the unmanned mine car is obtained, safety analysis of multi-point preset positions is carried out on the mine car framework, and a reasonable installation position is determined in combination with the accident occurrence probability and the accident severity level; based on an obstacle identification assembly at a reasonable installation position, first sensing is carried out on the surrounding environment of the unmanned mine car, a new safety position and a new identification assembly are additionally arranged, and a first sensing result is supplemented; and analyzing the supplemented sensing result, and controlling the unmanned mine car to avoid the obstacle if the obstacle recognition standard is met. The accuracy of obstacle recognition is ensured, the integrity of safe recognition of the whole body of the mine car is ensured, and the safety of the unmanned mine car is ensured.

    本发明提供了一种无人驾驶矿车的障碍物识别方法,包括:从大数据平台捕捉无人驾驶矿车的历史碰撞信息,并确定同个碰撞类型中不同碰撞位置的事故发生概率以及事故严重程度;获取无人驾驶矿车的矿车构架,并对矿车构架进行多点预置位置的安全分析,且结合事故发生概率以及事故严重等级,确定合理安装位置;基于合理安装位置的障碍物识别组件,对无人驾驶矿车的周身环境进行第一感知,增设新安全位置以及新识别组件,对第一感知结果进行补充;对补充后的感知结果进行分析,确定是否满足障碍物识别标准时,若满足,控制无人驾驶矿车躲避障碍物。保证识别障碍物的精准性,保证对矿车周身安全识别的完整性,来保证无人驾驶矿车的安全性。
