本发明提供了一种硫化橡胶的表面处理方法及其应用、橡胶‑聚氨酯复合轮胎及其制备方法,属于轮胎橡胶的表面处理技术领域。所述表面处理方法包括如下步骤:以氮气和水蒸气的混合气体为介质,对硫化橡胶的表面进行等离子处理;所述氮气和水蒸气的体积比为0.5‑2:1;所述混合气体的温度为120‑150℃,压强为0.2‑0.4 MPa;所述等离子处理的速率为0.1‑1 m/min,功率为500‑1000 W。本发明提供的表面处理方法具有良好的时效性,且能够显著提高硫化橡胶与聚氨酯的粘接性能,可用于硫化橡胶与聚氨酯的粘接,特别适用于橡胶‑聚氨酯复合轮胎的硫化橡胶胎面与聚氨酯胎体的粘接。

    The invention provides a surface treatment method and application of vulcanized rubber, a rubber-polyurethane composite tire and a preparation method of the rubber-polyurethane composite tire, and belongs to the technical field of surface treatment of tire rubber. The surface treatment method comprises the following steps that mixed gas of nitrogen and water vapor serves as a medium, and plasma treatment is conducted on the surface of vulcanized rubber; the volume ratio of the nitrogen to the water vapor is (0.5-2): 1; the temperature of the mixed gas is 120-150 DEG C, and the pressure intensity of the mixed gas is 0.2-0.4 MPa; the rate of the plasma treatment is 0.1 to 1 m/min, and the power of the plasma treatment is 500 to 1000 W. The surface treatment method provided by the invention has good timeliness, can significantly improve the adhesion performance of vulcanized rubber and polyurethane, can be used for adhesion of vulcanized rubber and polyurethane, and is especially suitable for adhesion of a vulcanized rubber tread and a polyurethane tire body of a rubber-polyurethane composite tire.
