The invention discloses a lifting appliance anti-swing system which comprises an anti-swing winding system, and the anti-swing winding system comprises an anti-swing torque motor, a first anti-swing winding drum connected with the anti-swing torque motor, a first anti-swing steel wire rope wound on the first anti-swing winding drum and two end ropes led out of the first anti-swing winding drum. The two ends of the first anti-swing steel wire rope are steered through the first rocker arm fixing end pulley block, and the first rocker arm fixing end pulley block comprises a first pulley and a second pulley which are coaxially arranged at the head end of the first left rocker arm. The swing amplitude of the lifting appliance is reduced in the mode that the anti-swing winding system and the rocker arm pitching winding system cooperatively destroy the period of the lifting appliance, so that the anti-swing function of the lifting appliance is achieved, and then the alignment difficulty of a container lifted by the lifting appliance is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种吊具防摇系统,包括防摇缠绕系统,防摇缠绕系统包括防摇力矩电机,与防摇力矩电机相连接的第一防摇缠绕卷筒,缠绕于第一防摇缠绕卷筒上的第一防摇钢丝绳,从第一防摇缠绕卷筒引出第一防摇钢丝绳的两端绳,第一防摇钢丝绳的两端绳均经过第一摇臂固定端滑轮组转向,第一摇臂固定端滑轮组包括同轴设置于第一左侧摇臂首端的第一滑轮和第二滑轮。本发明通过防摇缠绕系统和摇臂俯仰缠绕系统协同破坏吊具周期的方式来减小吊具摇晃的幅度,从而实现吊具防摇的功能,进而降低吊具所吊装集装箱的对位难度。
