The invention provides an automatic control method for the test run state of an aero-engine, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, determining parameters: obtaining a pre-configured test run card, and checking and determining target parameters in the test run card item by item; (2) engine diagnosis: selecting a target parameter as a current state target parameter, acquiring an engine test run parameter value measured by a bench test system through network communication, judging, if the parameter value is normal, entering step (3), and if the parameter value is abnormal, entering step (4); (3) outputting an accelerator instruction; (4) switching manual operation; and (5) finishing test run. Automatic engine state control during engine test run can be achieved, manual operation is not needed in the test run process, a certain engine test run automatic safety judgment function is achieved, the test run efficiency and quality can be obviously improved, manual misoperation is reduced, and the test run risk is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种航空发动机试车状态自动控制方法,包括如下步骤:①确认参数:获取预配置的试车卡片,逐项检查确认试车卡片中的目标参数;②发动机诊断:选择一项目标参数作为当前状态目标参数,通过网络通信获取台架测试系统测量的发动机试车参数数值并进行判断,参数数值正常则进入步骤③,参数数值异常则进入步骤④;③输出油门指令;④切换手动;⑤完成试车。本发明可实现发动机试车时发动机状态控制的自动化,试车过程不需要人员操作,且具有一定的发动机试自动安全判断功能,可明显提高试车效率和质量,减少人为误操作,降低试车风险。
