The invention provides an ice-resistant buoy device for monitoring seabed information, and belongs to the field of ocean engineering equipment. Comprising a buoy body, a mooring system, a power supply system, a signal transmission system and a seabed information monitor. The interior of the buoy body is of a cavity structure and is formed by splicing an upper circular truncated cone structure and a lower circular truncated cone structure. A solar panel power supply device and an information transmission device which are arranged on the surface of the upper circular truncated cone, a lithium battery and a data memory which are arranged in a cabin of the buoy main body, and a signal cable connected with a seabed information monitor jointly form a power supply system and a signal transmission system. The hanging lug on the side surface of the lower circular truncated cone is connected with the mooring anchor chain and the mooring anchor to form a three-point mooring layout. The mooring system can meet the requirement for relatively stable normal work of the seabed information monitoring instrument; the method can achieve the real-time monitoring of the whole-year seabed information data of the frozen sea area in winter, is remarkable in economical efficiency, is wider in environment adaptability, and is of great significance in the comprehensive and wide collection of the seabed information.

    本发明提供一种用于海底信息监测的抗冰浮标装置,属于海洋工程装备领域。包括浮标主体、系泊系统、供电系统、信号传输系统以及海底信息监测仪。浮标主体内部为空腔结构,由上下两个圆台式结构拼接而成。上圆台表面设置的太阳能板供电装置、信息传输装置,和浮标主体舱室内部的锂电池、数据存储器、连接海底信息监测器的信号缆共同组成供电系统和信号传输系统。下圆台侧表面的挂耳连接系泊锚链和系泊锚形成三点系泊的布局。本发明系泊系统能够满足海底信息监测仪器相对稳定的正常工作需求;可以实现冬季结冰海域全年海底信息数据实时监测,具有显著的经济性且适应环境更加广泛,对海底信息的全面、广泛收集有重要意义。
