The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle steering, and particularly discloses a steering control system and control method based on electric control pump closed-loop hydraulic pressure and a vehicle. The system comprises a first cavity and a second cavity which are formed in the two sides of a first piston in a first steering hydraulic cylinder; a third cavity and a fourth cavity are formed in the two sides of a second piston in a second steering hydraulic cylinder coaxial with the first steering hydraulic cylinder, one end of an electric control pump is communicated with the second cavity and the fourth cavity in a sealed mode through an oil pipe, and the other end of the electric control pump is communicated with the first cavity and the third cavity in a sealed mode. The electric control pump is in communication connection with the electric control steering wheel and the wheel rotating speed monitoring sensor; according to the system, the arrangement space of parts in the vehicle is saved, the structural layout of the system is more regular, simpler and modularized, the fault occurrence probability of the steering control system is reduced, meanwhile, the leakage flow loss and throttling loss of a traditional hydraulic steering system are solved, and the reliability of the system is improved. And the idle speed energy consumption of a traditional steering pump is reduced.

    本发明涉及车辆转向技术领域,具体公开一种基于电控泵闭环液压的转向控制系统、控制方法及车辆,系统包括第一转向液压缸内的第一活塞两侧设置第一腔体和第二腔体;与第一转向液压缸共轴线设置的第二转向液压缸内的第二活塞两侧设置第三腔体和第四腔体,电控泵一端通过油管密封连通第二腔体及第四腔体,电控泵另一端密封连通第一腔体及第三腔体,电控泵与电控方向盘以及监测车轮转速传感器通讯连接;通过各传感器采集的数据实现对车辆转向控制,本申请系统节省车辆内零件布置空间,系统结构布局更加规整简单模块化,减少转向控制系统故障发生概率,同时解决传统液压转向系统的泄流损失、节流损失,以及降低传统转向泵的怠速能耗。
