The invention provides a vehicle-mounted charger control method, a vehicle and a vehicle-mounted charger applied to the vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: controlling a first switch to be switched off based on a controller under the condition that a charging interface is connected with a power supply, and controlling a high-frequency inverter circuit to be in a non-high-frequency inverter state, the charging module is used for charging the bus capacitor based on the power supply; and under the condition that the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the bus capacitor rises to a first preset temperature, the controller controls the high-frequency inverter circuit to be switched to a high-frequency inverter state so as to charge the battery pack based on the power supply. According to the invention, the fluctuation generated by the bus voltage can be reduced when the vehicle-mounted charger is started at a low temperature, and the impact influence on the high-frequency inversion process in the vehicle-mounted charger is reduced.
