A superlift counterweight adjustment lifting method for a large crawler crane in coke oven modification engineering is characterized by comprising the following steps: a, selecting the crawler crane according to the distance between a slide wire and a coke oven, the lifting capacity, the lifting radius, the lifting height, the size of a single-truss main truss component and the gravity center of the component, b, assembling a main steel truss, c, carrying out preloading test on a walking area of the crawler crane, and d, carrying out superlift counterweight adjustment on the crawler crane. F, lifting the main steel truss to the position where the non-super-lifting working condition of the end platform crawler crane meets the lifting rated lifting weight; g, removing the super-lifting counter weight of the end platform crawler crane by adopting an auxiliary crane; h, winding the main truss around the crawler crane from the outer side of a slide wire until the temporary bracket is in the position before the coke oven for the first time; i, the end platform crawler crane walks for a certain distance in a no-load mode in the direction of the intermediate platform, and j, the two crawler cranes adopt the same hoisting radius, and the two cranes synchronously hoist in place. The method has the advantages that the main truss is assembled, the coke oven production is not influenced, and the coke oven maintenance site and time requirements are met.

    一种焦炉改造工程大型履带吊超起配重调整抬吊方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:a、根据滑线与焦炉之间的距离,起重量、吊装半径、起吊高度、单榀主桁架构件尺寸、构件重心选择履带吊,b、主钢桁架拼装,c、履带吊行走区域预压试验,d、设计制作若干临时支架,e、履带吊双机抬吊准备,f、将主钢桁架抬吊至端台履带吊非超起工况满足抬吊额定起重量位置,g、采用辅助吊车拆掉端台履带吊超起配重,h、主桁架从滑线外侧绕过履带吊至焦炉前临时支架第一次落位,i、端台履带吊向间台方向空载行走一定距离,j、两台履带吊采用相同吊装半径,双机同步抬吊就位。本发明具有主桁架拼装,不影响焦炉生产,满足焦炉检修场地、时间要求的优点。
