The invention relates to a water valve control method during heating of a heat management heating water loop, and the method comprises the steps: adjusting the heating power of a control heating pipeline according to the obtained heating requirements of a battery and a passenger compartment, and controlling the heating power of a passenger compartment heating loop and the heat exchange power of a heat exchange loop through a switching assembly, so as to achieve the purpose that only the battery needs to be heated; only the heat exchange loop is communicated and exchanges heat with the battery heating loop; when only the passenger compartment needs to be heated, only the passenger compartment heating loop is communicated; when the battery and the passenger compartment need to be heated at the same time, the heating power of a heating control pipeline is adjusted separately to meet the requirements of the battery and the passenger compartment, communication and heat exchange power of a heating loop and a heat exchange loop of the passenger compartment are controlled through a three-way electromagnetic switching valve of the switching assembly, and the purposes of taking comfort of the passenger compartment and the heat requirement of the battery into consideration are achieved. And therefore, the problem caused by adjusting by adopting a fixed target temperature is avoided, and the energy utilization rate can be increased under the condition that the heating requirement is met.

    本申请涉及一种热管理制热水回路加热时水阀控制方法,根据获取的电池和乘员舱的加热要求,调控制热管路的制热功率,以及利用切换组件控制乘员舱加热回路的加热功率和换热回路的换热功率,以达到仅需要电池加热时,仅换热回路连通与电池加热回路进行热交换;仅需要乘员舱加热时,仅乘员舱加热回路连通;同时需要电池和乘员舱加热时,不仅区分调控制热管路的制热功率以满足两者的需求,另外还利用切换组件的三通电磁切换阀控制乘员舱加热回路和换热回路的连通和换热功率,兼顾乘员舱舒适性和电池热需求的目的,从而避免采用固定的目标温度进行调节所带来的问题,能够在满足采暖需求的情况下提高能量的利用率。
