The invention discloses thermal management equipment for a hybrid truck. The thermal management equipment comprises an engine; the first cooling module is arranged at one end of the engine and is provided with a first cooling pipeline so as to control the cooling temperature of the engine; the generator is arranged at the other end of the engine and coaxially rotates with the engine; the driving motor is arranged on a rear axle of the truck, and the speed of the truck is controlled by changing the rotating speed of the driving motor; the second cooling module is arranged between the generator and the driving motor and is provided with a second cooling pipeline so as to realize cooling temperature control of the generator and the driving motor; the battery module group is arranged at one end of the generator and is communicated with the generator to receive and store the electric energy generated by the generator; the third cooling module is arranged on the battery module group and is provided with a third cooling pipeline so as to control the cooling temperature of the battery module group; the invention further provides a thermal management control method of the hybrid power truck.
