The invention provides a pedestrian red light running detection system and method based on machine vision and a neural network, and relates to the technical field of traffic anomaly detection, the system comprises an image acquisition device, a vehicle speed monitoring device and a monitoring platform; the image acquisition device is connected with the server and is used for acquiring video information of the current intersection and sending the video information to the server for processing so as to preliminarily identify the state of the signal lamp; the vehicle speed monitoring device is used for monitoring the driving speed of a vehicle passing through the current intersection and sending the driving speed and corresponding vehicle information to the monitoring platform; the monitoring platform is used for receiving the driving speed, the corresponding vehicle information and the video information sent by the server, and carrying out signal lamp state comprehensive detection and pedestrian detection, and the technical problems of high misjudgment rate and poor real-time performance in the prior art can be relieved through the system; the technical effect of improving pedestrian red light running detection accuracy and efficiency is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种基于机器视觉和神经网络的行人闯红灯检测系统和方法,涉及交通异常检测技术领域,该系统包括:图像采集装置、车速监测装置和监测平台;图像采集装置与服务器连接,用于获取当前路口的视频信息并发送至服务器进行处理,以初步识别信号灯的状态;车速监测装置用于监测经过当前路口的车辆的行驶速度,并将行驶速度以及对应的车辆信息发送至监测平台;监测平台用于接收行驶速度、对应的车辆信息,以及服务器发送的视频信息,并进行信号灯状态综合检测和行人检测,通过该系统可以缓解现有技术中存在的误判率高、实时性较差的技术问题,实现提高行人闯红灯检测准确率和效率的技术效果。
