According to the invention, a safer high-temperature battery cell air temporary putting disposal scheme is realized, the harmfulness of the high-temperature battery cell to cargo transportation or an external environment is effectively reduced under the condition that cargo transportation is not influenced, and meanwhile, the safety of an aircraft and the ground is ensured.
