本发明公开的锚碇系统缆索张力确定方法、布局设计方法、设备及介质,涉及海上漂浮式装备锚碇系统技术领域,包括:对于网箱群组平衡前后变形忽略不计的锚碇系统,获取网箱群组迎流工况、上游网箱对下游网箱水动力载荷的衰减系数、单个网箱在均匀稳定流冲击下所受水动力载荷和初始状态时各缆索与海平面间的夹角;根据网箱群组迎流工况,选定缆索张力计算模型;根据衰减系数、网箱在均匀稳定流冲击下所受水动力载荷、初始状态时各缆索与海平面间的夹角及选定的缆索张力计算模型,确定各缆索最大张力。利用缆索张力计算模型,确定锚碇系统的设计参数,在网箱群组结构强度校核阶段预选出有潜力的锚碇系统,并快速计算锚碇系统各缆索最大张力。
