本发明公开了一种飞机燃油箱高速摩擦试验平台及试验方法,涉及飞机燃油箱安全性能测试技术领域,试验平台包括:燃油箱、固定子系统、旋转摩擦子系统、加压子系统、变频调速子系统、数据采集子系统、安全防护子系统;旋转摩擦子系统中的电机带动磨盘转动,磨盘的表面设有网纹刻槽以模拟粗糙接触面;燃油箱放置在磨盘上;固定子系统限制燃油箱的水平位移,使燃油箱与磨盘之间产生摩擦;加压子系统向燃油箱施加向下的正压力;变频调速子系统调节磨盘的转速。本发明的试验平台能够模拟飞机因着落事故造成油箱与地面之间发生大面积持续性高速摩擦的过程,研究不同粗糙程度接触面、不同正压力大小、不同摩擦速度对飞机油箱燃烧爆炸机理的影响。

    The invention discloses an aircraft fuel tank high-speed friction test platform and test method, and relates to the technical field of aircraft fuel tank safety performance testing, the test platform comprises a fuel tank, a fixed subsystem, a rotary friction subsystem, a pressurization subsystem, a frequency conversion speed regulation subsystem, a data acquisition subsystem and a safety protection subsystem; a motor in the rotary friction subsystem drives a millstone to rotate, and reticulate pattern grooves are formed in the surface of the millstone to simulate a rough contact surface; the fuel tank is placed on the millstone; the fixed subsystem limits the horizontal displacement of the fuel tank, so that friction is generated between the fuel tank and the millstone; the pressurization subsystem applies downward positive pressure to the fuel tank; the variable-frequency speed regulation subsystem regulates the rotating speed of the grinding disc. According to the test platform, the process of large-area continuous high-speed friction between the fuel tank and the ground due to landing accidents of an airplane can be simulated, and the influence of contact surfaces with different roughness degrees, different positive pressures and different friction speeds on the combustion explosion mechanism of the fuel tank of the airplane is studied.
