The invention discloses a crane rotation anti-shaking device which comprises a rotation bottom plate, an anti-shaking supporting assembly and a plurality of sets of power wheel sets, the rotation bottom plate is fixed to a plane through bolts, an annular rail is arranged on the top end face of the rotation bottom plate, and the anti-shaking supporting assembly is arranged in the middle of the rotation bottom plate; the anti-shaking supporting assembly is provided with an inner supporting piece and an outer supporting piece, the inner supporting piece is welded to a tower column at the bottom of the tower crane, a circle of reinforcing rib is arranged on the outer side of the inner supporting piece, and a plurality of supporting studs are integrally connected to the periphery of the reinforcing rib and distributed at intervals; the outer supporting piece is arranged outside the inner supporting piece, the outer supporting piece is in the shape of a circular truncated cone with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part, a plurality of slotted holes corresponding to the supporting studs are formed in the outer side of the outer supporting piece, and the supporting studs can penetrate through the slotted holes and are locked, pressed and fixed through nuts. Supporting force can be dispersed through the large-size supporting studs, meanwhile, the rubber basin bases in the groove holes are used for buffering and relieving loads, and the situation that shaking occurs when the loads are too large is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种起重机回转防晃动装置,包括回转底板、防晃动支承组件与多套动力车轮组,其中回转底板通过螺栓固定于平面,回转底板顶端面设有一环形轨道,回转底板中间设有防晃动支承组件;防晃动支承组件具有内支承件、外支承件,其中内支承件焊接于塔式起重机底部的塔柱,内支承件外侧设有一圈加强筋,加强筋外周一体连接有多根支承螺柱,且多根支承螺柱间隔分布;外支承件设于内支承件外,外支承件为一上窄下宽的圆台形状,外支承件外侧设有若干与支承螺柱对应的槽孔,支承螺柱可穿过槽孔并通过螺母锁紧压固。本发明能利用大尺寸的支承螺柱将支撑力分散,同时利用槽孔内的橡胶盆座起到缓冲,缓解载荷,避免载荷过大时出现晃动的情况。
