The invention discloses a vibration isolation device for a traction machine. The vibration isolation device comprises an upper-layer metal plate, a lower-layer metal plate and a plurality of vibration isolators, the vibration isolator is composed of a rubber block and a spring, the rubber block and the spring are formed through high-temperature and high-pressure vulcanization, the spring is vertically arranged up and down, and the two ends of the rubber block are fixed to the upper layer metal plate and the lower layer metal plate. The traction machine vibration isolation device is installed between the traction machine base and the cross beam.
