The invention provides a composite material structure positioning tool device, and relates to the technical field of composite material structure assembly. The composite material structure positioning tool device comprises a first supporting ring, a second supporting ring, at least four positioning vertical beams and a girder positioning switching device. Wherein the first supporting ring and the second supporting ring are detachably connected through at least four positioning vertical beams, and a first containing space for containing a composite material structure is formed; the girder positioning switching device is arranged in the first accommodating space and is fixedly connected with the inner ring side wall of the first supporting ring; during installation, the composite material structure is arranged in the first containing space, the top of the composite material structure is fixed at a first preset position through the second supporting ring, the girder is arranged on the girder positioning and switching device, and the girder positioning and switching device and the interior of the composite material structure are assembled at a second preset position. According to the scheme, rapid installation of the composite material structure and the girder is achieved, and meanwhile the assembling precision of the composite material structure and the girder is improved.

    本发明提供一种复合材料结构定位工装装置,涉及复合材料结构装配技术领域。所述复合材料结构定位工装装置包括:第一支撑环、第二支撑环、至少四个定位竖梁以及大梁定位转接装置;其中,第一支撑环与第二支撑环之间通过至少四个定位竖梁进行可拆卸连接,且形成容置复合材料结构的第一容置空间;大梁定位转接装置设置在第一容置空间内,且与第一支撑环的内环侧壁固定连接;安装时,复合材料结构设置在第一容置空间内,并通过第二支撑环对复合材料结构的顶部进行第一预设位置的固定,大梁设置在大梁定位转接装置上,并通过大梁定位转接装置与复合材料结构的内部进行第二预设位置的装配。本发明的方案实现了复合材料结构与大梁的快捷安装,同时提高了复合材料结构与大梁的装配精度。
