The invention discloses an installation method suitable for a ship outboard underwater bearing vibration sensor. The installation method comprises the following steps that S1, a wedge-shaped groove is machined in a flow guide cover flange; a U-shaped window is processed at the matching part of the flow guide cover and a signal cable of the vibration sensor; s2, a sensor base is welded to the outboard bearing at the wedge-shaped groove, a vibration sensor is installed on the sensor base through an anti-loosening measure, and the vibration sensor is embedded into the wedge-shaped groove; s3, a cable protection guide pipe is linearly machined according to the hull outer plate and then welded to the hull outer plate, the signal cable penetrates out of the U-shaped window of the flow guide cover and then penetrates through the cable protection guide pipe from bottom to top, and the signal cable is protected through cable protection measures; and S4, the cup-shaped pipe joint is welded to the cabin entering part of the outer plate of the ship body, the signal cable penetrates through the cup-shaped pipe joint from the outboard, and cabin entering of the signal cable is completed. The vibration sensor can be prevented from falling off, and the signal cable can be prevented from being damaged.

    本发明公开了一种适用于船舶舷外水下轴承振动传感器的安装方法,其包括如下步骤:S1、在导流罩法兰上加工楔形坡口;在导流罩与振动传感器的信号线缆配合部位加工U型窗;S2、将传感器基座焊接于楔形坡口处的舷外轴承处,通过防松脱措施将振动传感器安设在传感器基座上,使振动传感器嵌入楔形坡口内;S3、将电缆防护导管按照船体外板线性加工后焊接于船体外板,将信号线缆从导流罩的U型窗穿出后自下而上穿过电缆防护导管,并通过线缆防护措施对信号线缆进行防护;S4、将杯形管节焊接于船体外板进舱部位,信号线缆由舷外穿过杯形管节,完成信号线缆的进舱。本发明能防止振动传感器的脱落和信号线缆的损坏。
