The controllable, adjustable and movable emergency refrigeration air supply and dehumidification device comprises a refrigeration air supply device, a UPS power supply box, a cooling water power pump box and a movable trolley. Wherein the refrigeration air supply device comprises a cold air blowing outlet, a cold air blowing layer, a cooling medium layer, a TEC1-12707 refrigeration heat dissipation layer and a heat dissipation medium layer, and is mainly characterized in that a cold source of the TEC1-12707 is fed into a required place through a medium and blast air, and heat dissipated by the TEC1-12707 is replaced to the outside through cooling water; a UPS storage battery, a control unit and a related power supply control circuit are arranged in the UPS power supply box, output control of a power supply is carried out, and related signals are processed; the main structure in the cooling water power pump box is a cooling water power pump which feeds external cooling water into the refrigeration air supply device. Through semiconductor refrigeration and protection and power control of the control unit, the device is small in appearance, convenient to move and high in refrigeration efficiency, and has higher practicability.

    本发明提供了一种可控调节可移动的应急制冷送风及抽湿装置,包括制冷送风装置、UPS电源盒、冷却水动力泵盒、可移动小车;其中,制冷送风装置包括冷风吹送出口处、冷风吹送层、冷却介质层、TEC1‑12707制冷散热层、散热介质层,主要是将TEC1‑12707的冷源通过介质,鼓风送入所需处,将TEC1‑12707散发的热量通过冷却水置换到外界;UPS电源盒里面有UPS蓄电池和控制单元以及相关的电源控制线路,进行电源的输出控制,对相关信号进行处理;冷却水动力泵盒里面主要结构是冷却水动力泵,将外部冷却水送入制冷送风装置。通过半导体制冷、控制单元进行保护和功率控制,外观小巧,方便移动,制冷效率高,使该发明更具有实用性。
