According to the multi-legged robot for taking out the deep well drill bit, a plurality of crawler walking modules are evenly distributed in a double-layer mode along a center base of the robot to form a circumferential layout, and the crawler walking modules enable corrosion-resistant rubber crawler belts of the crawler walking modules to make contact with hole walls through stretching-out of ejection hydraulic cylinders; the rotation angle and the helix angle of the crawler walking module are realized through the swinging hydraulic cylinder, so that the robot can dive; the gravity clamping jaw module is installed at the bottom of the robot center base and engaged to the tail end of a deep well drill bit through a buckle, and a connecting rod of the gravity clamping jaw module is pulled through the dead weight of the drill bit for clamping. The mechanical sensor module is arranged at the bottommost part of the whole robot and inside the gravity clamping jaw module and used for positioning a drill bit, hanging rings are evenly distributed at the topmost end of the robot, and the robot is connected with a crane above a deep hole through the hanging rings, so that the whole gravity is borne by the crane. The drill bit is taken out by adopting multiple foot robots, the life safety can be guaranteed, the efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种用于取出深井钻头的多足机器人,多个履带行走模组沿机器人中心座双层均布组成圆周型布局,履带行走模组通过顶出液压缸的伸出使履带行走模组的耐腐蚀橡胶履带接触孔壁,并通过摆动液压缸实现履带行走模组的转角和螺旋升角,用于机器人的下潜;重力夹爪模组安装在机器人中心座底部,由卡扣咬合至深井钻头的尾端,并通过钻头的自重拉动重力夹爪模组的连杆进行加紧;机械式传感器模块设置在整体机器人的最底部,重力夹爪模组的内部,用于实现钻头的定位,机器人的最顶端均布有吊环,通过吊环连接深孔上方的吊机,使整体的重力由吊机承受。采用多本发明的足机器人的方式取出钻头,能保障生命安全,提高效率,降低成本。
