The embodiment of the invention provides a semi-flexible overwater floating body array which comprises a floating body square matrix, the floating body square matrix comprises a plurality of first flanges and a plurality of second flanges which are oppositely arranged, the first flanges and the second flanges define the floating body square matrix, and the floating body square matrix comprises a floating-body-free water surface located in the floating body square matrix; the one or more connecting assemblies are arranged on the first flange in a manner of crossing the floating-body-free water surface, and the connecting assemblies are used for bearing photovoltaic assemblies; wherein the first flange and the second flange are formed by connecting one or more types of overwater floating bodies, each overwater floating body is of a box body structure and comprises a first pull lug and a second pull lug which are arranged at the two ends of the corresponding overwater floating body, and at least part of adjacent overwater floating bodies in the floating body square matrix are connected through the first pull lugs and the second pull lugs. An interlocking structure is formed in the vertical direction. According to the semi-flexible on-water floating body array, the mode that the on-water floating bodies and the connecting assemblies are combined is adopted, the using number of the on-water floating bodies is reduced, and the cost of the semi-flexible on-water floating body array is reduced.
