Metal patches (12) which are made of metal and serve as patch components are integrally formed at the two ends of the partition plate (10) in the vehicle width direction. The metal patch (12) is configured so that the hood lock mechanism (15) is fixed and the metal patch (12) is connected to the upper support (13).
