The invention provides a traffic strategy management method and device based on environmental analysis, and the method comprises the steps: respectively obtaining the feature data information of weather, vehicle driving and pedestrians, and carrying out the fitting of the correction coefficients of the feature data information of weather, vehicle driving and pedestrians based on correction factors; and fitting correction coefficients of weather, vehicle driving and pedestrian feature data information, a time correction factor and weight constraints of each correction coefficient, correcting configuration time of traffic lights in a target road area range, establishing a traffic strategy management method of the target road area range, constructing a corresponding traffic strategy management model, and performing traffic strategy management on the traffic lights in the target road area range. According to the method, environmental factors are considered, and vehicle driving and pedestrian characteristic factors are also considered, so that the strategy management of the target road area traffic is comprehensive and perfect, the traffic signal lamps can be reasonably controlled, the road traffic quality is improved, the safety, rapidity and comfort of the road traffic are realized, the traffic soft environment is improved, and the urban road traffic rate is improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于环境分析的交通策略管理方法与装置,分别获取天气、车辆行驶与行人特征数据信息,基于校正因子,分别拟合得到天气、车辆行驶与行人特征数据信息的校正系数;拟合天气、车辆行驶与行人特征数据信息的校正系数,时间校正因子,各校正系数的权重约束,对目标道路区域范围内交通信号灯的配置时间进行校正,建立目标道路区域范围的交通策略管理方法,构建对应的交通策略管理模型,既考虑了环境因素、又考虑了车辆行驶与行人特征因素,使目标道路区域交通的策略管理全面、完善,能够实现对交通信号灯的合理控制,改善道路交通的质量,实现道路交通的安全性、快速性和舒适性,提升交通软环境,提高城市道路通行率。
