本发明公开了一种N‑二环丙基甲基‑N'‑苯基‑1,4‑苯二胺及其制备方法和应用,以对氨基二苯胺和二环丙基甲酮为原料,在催化剂作用下进行催化加氢反应,得到N‑二环丙基甲基‑N'‑苯基‑1,4‑苯二胺。本发明N‑二环丙基甲基‑N'‑苯基‑1,4‑苯二胺合成工艺简单、反应条件较温和、成本低、反应副产物少、产品质量稳定、收率较高,N‑二环丙基甲基‑N'‑苯基‑1,4‑苯二胺分子量大,可以作为防老剂使用,与防老剂4010NA和4020相比,耐迁出、衔接性好,具有优异的耐臭氧老化性能、抗曲挠龟裂性能、耐变色性能和耐水抽出性能,且不易喷霜,提高了轮胎的外观质量。
