According to the invention, through ordering operation of the mobile phone, autonomous searching of the charging pile for the new energy vehicle can be realized, autonomous charging of the new energy vehicle can also be realized, the use condition that an existing charging pile cannot move and is limited by regions is made up, and life and travel of people are facilitated.
