The invention relates to a pure electric vehicle type intelligent DCDC control method. The method comprises the following steps: electrifying a whole vehicle at high voltage; summing the low-voltage basic power of the whole vehicle and the power of other functional low-voltage accessories in a controller for controlling DCDC enabling; the electric quantity of the 12V storage battery is comprehensively considered; and performing curve table look-up according to the calibration atlas, and sending DCDC enabling according to the calibration data. According to the method, aiming at intelligent control of a pure electric vehicle type high-voltage-to-low-voltage system, the electric quantity of a low-voltage storage battery of the whole vehicle and the working power of low-voltage accessories such as headlamps, sound equipment and indoor lamps are comprehensively considered, the working power of the DCDC is intelligently controlled, enabling is unnecessary, three-dimensional table look-up control is carried out, the control precision of the DCDC can be improved, energy is saved, consumption is reduced, and meanwhile the service life of the DCDC is protected. The intelligent DCDC control system is designed on a pure electric vehicle type, a traditional fool-type DCDC control strategy and a simple hierarchical control strategy are intelligentized and refined, and fine control is better achieved.

    本发明涉及一种纯电动车型智能DCDC控制方法,包括在整车高压上电后;在控制DCDC使能的控制器中,将整车低压基础功率与其他功能性低压附件功率求和;再综合考虑12V蓄电池电量;按照标定图谱进行曲线查表,按照标定数据发送DCDC使能。本方法针对纯电车型高压转低压系统的智能控制,综合考虑整车低压蓄电池电量、低压附件工作功率,如大灯、音响、室内灯等,智能控制DCDC的工作功率,非必要停止使能,进行三维查表控制,可提高DCDC控制精度、节能减耗,同时保护DCDC寿命。本发明在纯电动车型上设计智能DCDC控制系统,将传统傻瓜式的DCDC控制策略及简单的分级式控制策略智能化、精细化,更好的做到精细控制。
