The invention relates to the technical field of traffic dynamic management and control, in particular to a road traffic multi-directional dynamic management and control method based on traffic flow monitoring, which can dynamically adjust road traffic management and control measures according to the road traffic operation state so as to improve the traffic efficiency and reduce the traffic energy consumption. Traffic flow data can be monitored and predicted in real time, then the traffic flow data are converted into a matrix and coordinate data model in a multi-dimension mode, an artificial intelligence algorithm is used for analysis and processing, and then a traffic light control strategy is efficiently and accurately output. Therefore, the traffic management and control capability is effectively improved. The invention further discloses a method for carrying out multi-direction dynamic management and control on the large traffic flow based on traffic flow monitoring. Compared with the prior art, the real-time traffic data such as videos, pictures, radar signals and the like are subjected to dimension reduction reconstruction, so that the storage capacity and the storage cost of the traffic data are greatly reduced, and the data processing efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及交通动态管控技术领域,具体的说是一种能够根据道路交通运行状态,动态调整道路交通管控措施,进而提升通行效率、降低交通能耗的基于车流量监测的道路交通多向动态管控方法,针对现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,提出一种能够对交通流量数据实时进行监测、预测,然后将交通流量数据多维度转换为矩阵、坐标数据模型,并由人工智能算法进行分析处理,进而高效、精准输出红绿灯管控策略,从而有效提升交通管控能力的基于车流量监测的对大车流进行多方向动态管控的方法;与现有技术相比,通过对视频、图片、雷达信号等实时交通数据进行降维重构,大幅度缩减了交通数据的存储容量、存储成本,提升了数据的处理效率。
