The invention discloses a method and system for judging the temperature of an axle box bearing and related assemblies, and relates to the field of rail vehicle control, and the method comprises the steps that the train operation working condition corresponding to a target axle box bearing is obtained; acquiring a temperature change model corresponding to the target axle box bearing under the train operation condition; and performing abnormity judgment and/or prediction on the actual temperature of the target axle box bearing according to the temperature change model. The temperature change model contains a clear temperature change rule, the model does not need to be temporarily adjusted along with the change of time or speed under the current working condition, and a reasonable temperature judgment interval or a temperature prediction result at any moment can be obtained directly according to the train operation working condition; real-time calculation and real-time historical data feedback are not required, and accurate temperature judgment can be achieved with low operation cost.

    本申请公开了一种轴箱轴承的温度判断方法、系统及相关组件,涉及轨道车辆控制领域,该方法包括:获取目标轴箱轴承对应的列车运行工况;获取所述列车运行工况下对应所述目标轴箱轴承的温度变化模型;根据所述温度变化模型对所述目标轴箱轴承的实际温度进行异常判断和/或预测。本申请中温度变化模型内含明确的温度变化规律,该模型不需要随着时间或速度在当前工况下的变化进行临时调整,直接根据列车运行工况即可得到任何时刻下合理的温度判断区间或温度预测结果,不要求实时计算和实时历史数据反馈,能够以较低的运行成本实现准确的温度判断。
