The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a vehicle empennage control method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that an empennage control instruction of a user is acquired; based on the empennage control instruction, whether the current control mode of the empennage is an automatic control mode or not is judged, and when the current control mode is the automatic control mode, the actual speed of the current vehicle is obtained; and a first optimal control strategy of the empennage is determined according to the vehicle speed interval where the actual vehicle speed is located, and the opening state of the empennage is controlled according to the first optimal control strategy. Therefore, the problems that most electric empennages are manually controlled and cannot meet complex vehicle using scenes, and the reuse rate of functional modules is low are solved, two different empennage lifting control modes including a manual mode function and an automatic mode function are provided, meanwhile, gear setting for adjusting the height of the empennages is achieved, the aerodynamic performance of a vehicle is improved, and the service life of the vehicle is prolonged. The controllability and the high-speed driving safety are improved, and flexible recombination of functions is achieved by adopting the SOA concept.
