The invention discloses a tire fault monitoring and early warning system, and relates to the technical field of intelligent tires, the tire fault monitoring and early warning system comprises a plurality of management terminals which can receive tire fault monitoring information notifications and take measures in time; the fault early warning system is used for monitoring an early fault point of the hidden danger part of the tire and carrying out ultra-early warning; and the tire posture recognition system is used for carrying out dynamic deformation monitoring, mechanical analysis and posture judgment on the tire. According to the invention, driving parameters are obtained and safety assessment is carried out by utilizing artificial intelligence with deep learning capability and a chip sensor with high-precision and high-frequency measurement capability, so that the early warning effect of ultra-early tire faults is realized, and tire abrasion abnormity, jumping abnormity and heating abnormity can be warned; and the abnormal information such as the tire posture, the tire temperature and the tire pressure corresponding to the sudden suspected failure point is pushed to a vehicle owner (and/or a driver) and a background administrator in real time, timely notification is carried out to take measures in time, further expansion of hidden dangers is effectively prevented, and traffic accidents are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种轮胎故障监测及预警系统,关于智能轮胎技术领域,包括多个管理终端,能够接收所述轮胎故障监测信息通知并及时采取措施;故障预警系统,用于对轮胎隐患部位早期故障点进行监测并进行超早期预警;轮胎姿态识别系统,用于对轮胎进行动态形变监测以及力学分析和姿态判断。本发明利用具有深度学习能力的人工智能和具有高精度高频率测量能力的芯片传感器获取行车参数并进行安全评估,实现超早期轮胎故障预警的作用,可以预警轮胎磨耗异常、跳动异常、发热异常,以及突发疑似失效点对应的胎姿胎温胎压等异常信息,实时推送至车主(和/或驾驶人)和后台管理员,即时通知及时采取措施,有效防止隐患的进一步扩大,避免酿成交通事故。
