Through cooperation of structures, when thermal runaway occurs in a battery cell of the power battery and an acting force generated by impact of high-pressure gas on the mica plate exceeds a preset value, the torsion assembly controls the mica plate to be bent towards the direction close to the battery cell, so that the mica plate is slightly bent into an arc shape, and the impact force borne by the plane of the mica plate can be dispersed; therefore, the compressive strength is improved.
