The invention provides a vehicle user feedback collection method and device based on voice recognition. The method comprises the steps of obtaining text data of a voice instruction input by a vehicle user; the text data is input into a preset joint task model, an identification result output by the joint task model is obtained, and the identification result comprises a label type, a label probability value and slot position information; judging whether the recognition result contains to-be-fed-back fault information or to-be-fed-back suggestion information, and if so, acquiring associated information corresponding to the voice instruction according to the recognition result; generating user feedback content according to the text data of the voice instruction and the associated information; and sending the user feedback content to a user feedback collection server. According to the method, the voice instruction input by the user can be automatically identified, and related faults or suggested contents are uploaded to the user feedback collection server, so that the user feedback collection efficiency is effectively improved, and the operation process of user feedback collection is simplified.

    本申请提供了一种基于语音识别的车辆用户反馈收集方法、装置,所述方法包括:获取车辆用户输入的语音指令的文本数据;将所述文本数据输入至预设的联合任务模型,获得所述联合任务模型输出的识别结果,其中,所述识别结果包括标签类型、标签概率值及槽位信息;判断所述识别结果是否包含待反馈故障信息或待反馈建议信息,若是,则根据所述识别结果获取所述语音指令对应的关联信息;根据所述语音指令的文本数据及所述关联信息生成用户反馈内容;将所述用户反馈内容发送至用户反馈收集服务端。本申请可自动识别用户输入的语音指令,并将有关故障或是建议的内容上传至用户反馈收集服务端,有效提升用户反馈收集效率,简化用户反馈收集的操作流程。
