The invention relates to the field of airplane structure detection, and provides a digital detection method based on airplane cabin door structure characteristics in order to improve the detection precision, which comprises the following steps: step 1, selecting a measurement basis on a cabin door; step 2, acquiring the relative position between the measurement reference and the measurement device; step 3, acquiring the position of the measuring device in the theoretical space based on the mapping relation between the measuring basis and the theoretical measuring basis; 4, measuring the to-be-measured structure based on the position of the measuring device in the theoretical space; and step 5, obtaining a detection result according to a measurement result in the step 4 and a theoretical value of the to-be-detected structure. By adopting the mode, the detection precision can be improved.

    本发明涉及飞机结构检测领域,为了提高检测精度,本申请提供了基于飞机舱门结构特征的数字化检测方法,包括:步骤1、在舱门上选择测量基准;步骤2、获取测量基准与测量装置间的相对位置;步骤3、基于测量基准与理论测量基准间的映射关系获取测量装置在理论空间中的位置;步骤4、基于测量装置在理论空间中的位置对待测结构进行测量;步骤5、根据步骤4的测量结果及待测结构的理论数值获取检测结果。采用上述方式可以提高检测精度。
