The invention discloses a high-precision large-breadth all-time remote sensing camera and a remote sensing satellite. The remote sensing camera comprises a double-Gaussian optical system and a constructed imaging space telecentric optical system, and sequentially comprises a front lens group, an aperture diaphragm and a rear lens group which are coaxially arranged from front to back according to an optical path; and the large-area-array imaging detector is used for receiving the light beams subjected to light path processing by the double-Gaussian optical system. The camera makes up the defects of an existing noctilucent remote sensing system, the envelope size of the system can be controlled to be about one time of focal length while large breadth and high resolution are achieved, the camera can be carried on a micro-nano satellite for application, and low cost is achieved. The remote sensing camera can be suitable for a full-color spectrum section. The ground imaging resolution is 21 meters, so that more precise analysis can be provided for practical application, and sufficient data can be acquired by a satellite through one-time top crossing due to the large breadth of 107 km. The design of large relative aperture and the combination of the high-sensitivity large-area array imaging detector enable the system to have a high signal-to-noise ratio.
