An aircraft structure strength test full-aircraft ground hoisting pose monitoring method comprises the steps that displacement sensors are symmetrically arranged at a measuring point P1 of the front section of an aircraft body, a measuring point P2 of a left wing and a measuring point P3 of a right wing; constructing a global coordinate system by taking the aircraft course as the x-axis direction, taking the connecting line of the P2 measuring point and the P3 measuring point as the y-axis direction, taking the midpoint of the connecting line of the P2 measuring point and the P3 measuring point as the original point, taking the backward direction of the aircraft course as the x-axis positive direction, taking the rightward direction of the unfolding direction of the aircraft as the y-axis positive direction and taking the vertical upward direction as the z-axis positive direction; taking a midpoint of a connecting line of the P2 measuring point and the P3 measuring point as a point O; the method comprises the following steps: in the airplane hoisting process, calculating the coordinate variation of a P1 measuring point and an O point along a z axis under a global coordinate system deducting the change influence of an airplane roll angle thetag at the airplane pitch angle thetaf and the airplane roll angle thetag at the previous moment so as to iteratively calculate the airplane pitch angle thetaf and the airplane roll angle thetag; and the deviation between the aircraft pitch angle theta f and the aircraft roll angle theta g obtained through iterative calculation and the last iteration value is smaller than a set value.
